GLOBAL TRACK RECORD
A legacy of trust and technology
Since our founding in 1980, we have been involved in numerous state-level projects, primarily across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and East Asia. Here, we introduce the results of our “technology transfer” endeavors, ranging from infrastructure development to marine development and environmental solutions.

SAUDI ARABIA 1977 PROJECT
Exporting the world’s largest mega-floating hotels
In June 1977, a six-story building was towed by tugboats, passing gracefully along the coast of Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, on its journey to Saudi Arabia. Since the Seto Inland Sea is typically busy with heavy maritime traffic, this white structure captured the attention of many onlookers.
